1. Unusual Design

Surprise, surprise – you won’t get a simple clock here. Instead this thing is designed as unusual mechanism on two legs. It is shiny and polished so I recommend to place it on the most visible spot on your table. Nevertheless, this is not a classic glossy shine. Instead, designers decided to add visual interest with help of satin surfaces on legs. In my opinion whole composition looks good.

2. It Is Big

Say what you want, but true clock should be big. In my opinion T-Rex should be big too, so that’s why new creation is 26 cm tall! Add here the fact that whole assembly is made out of stainless steel and it will make whole weight equal to hefty 2kg. Still I would keep my cat away because furry friend can easily topple this clock. 😀

3. No Boring Clockfaces

What? You expected digits and readable layout? This is complete no-no here, and if you had such weird thoughts, you need to reassess your views. 🙂 MB&F + L’Epée 1839 for Only Watch : Tom & T-Rex features bright blue Murano glass right where the clockface should be. One half of my mind cries that all this stuff will need cleaning everyday because otherwise it will be dusty in several days. Another half is happy as kid because you get to see movement of this clock. Each part finished with careful attention. I also have no doubt that this clock will be loud-ticking. This is love-it-or-hate-it feature. Of course, I love it. Winding is done with help of special key which is also used for setting the right time. Power reserve equals to 8 days of loud ticking.

5. Rare and Helpful

This clock is truly unique because only new model will feature Tom – rider which sits on top of T-Rex. Whole lineup will be introduced later, but those will be clock without tiny guy.
