Just recently Ferrari presented new full-wheel drive supercar, and yesterday almost a thousand clients from all over the world gathered to see it in flesh. All this happened in a spectacular location in the form of the Villa Erba on Lake Como, once the summer home of the great director Luchino Visconti who finished editing his masterpiece, Ludwig, there. However, the main star of this particular evening was the GTC4Lusso, Ferrari’s new 12-cylinder four-seater, four-wheel drive which was unveiled at this private evening prior to its official public premiere at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. This supercar replaces previous FF model and offers new quality and speed.
Только недавно Ferrari представили новую полноприводную машину, и вчера почти тысяча партнёров собралась, чтобы увидеть новинку во плоти. Всё это случилось в прекрасном месте в Вилле Эрбе на озере Комо, которое было летним домом Лучино Висконти, который закончил своё произведение “Людвиг” именно здесь. Тем не менее, главной звездой этого вечера стал суперкар GTC4 Lusso, новый 12-цилиндровый четырехместный автомобиль, который был показан на частном показе до официальной премьеры на Женевском автосалоне. Новинка заменит предыдущую модель FF, которая выпускалась в том же типе кузова.
After a presentation of the new car’s features, dancers representing its central concepts of elegance, luxury, versatility, technological innovation and performance, and accompanied by a live orchestra, provided the build-up to the high point of the evening: the unveiling. At the end of their performance, the GTC4Lusso itself, clothed in an elegant Tailor Made Nuovo Grigio Ferro Met livery, took centre stage with Scuderia Ferrari drivers, Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Räikkönen aboard.
После презентации характеристик новой модели, танцоры представили основные идеи элегантности, роскоши, удобства, технических инноваций и скорости, одновременно играл живой оркестр. Всё это настроило на кульминацию вечера: премьеру. В конце представления показалась сама GTC4Lusso в элегантном Nuovo Grigio Ferro Met, с гонщиками Scuderia Ferrari – Себастьяном Феттелем и Кими Райконеном.
After two further GTC4Lussos – in contrasting Rosso California and Bianco Italia liveries – made a dramatic entrance, the guests were addressed by Ferrari chairman Sergio Marchionne and CEO Amedeo Felisa before getting the opportunity to admire Maranello’s latest creation first-hand.
Last but very far from least, having made their way through an immersive “museum experience” inspired by the concepts of infotainment and luxury, the clients enjoyed dinner in one of the Villa’s spectacularly frescoed halls.
