Even though this model looks familiar, it was considerably altered by US painter Hunt Slonem. On the watchface you can notice new painting from this guy. Moreover, buyer will also got the original painting from the same artist. Pattern looks quite interesting, but there is no definite word on how it was created. I guess it would be cool if all those colors are hand-painted and preserved with lacquer. If not – well, you get original painting, so there is nothing to complain about. 🙂 By the way, what you see on the dial, continues “bunny paintings” line.
Armin Strom Manual Hunt Slonem – It’s all in the Name
Yeah, this word is difficult to miss, so you know what movement is inside this watch. Hand-wound AMW11 calibre might be familiar to watch fans. It has decent 5 days power reserve, what should be enough for average usage. Of course, there will be also question to future owner’s memory – so that he doesn’t forget to wound his precious timepiece. Case is titanium, what should be also appreciated when having this watch on your wrist. Overall design comes in clean calm lines, and I think it was done intentionally, so that attention will be focused only on the dial.
Even if you lifted your wallet – put it down. There is only one watch in the world, and it was sold on auction. Well, at least we can appreciate idea and hope that in the future there will be less limited series created in cooperation with Hunt Slonem.
