Yes, you read it right – with new Grand Seiko Hi-Beat 36000 Limited Edition you will have feathers on your wrist. As I wrote before, bird inspired this green shade and pattern on the dial. Name for that birdie – peacock, which amazes viewers with its feathers. In the new Limited Edition Japanese masters decided to replicate such complex thing. Now take a careful look at photos. We can agree that this shimmering on the dial definitely reminds of beautiful birds. Not the least role here plays shade of the green, which is quite deep and should look even better in person.

Grand Seikos are such watches for which you have to “grow taste” in order to appreciate their beauty. I guess that’s the thing we all need at one point in our lives, and that new version offers nice variety. Moreover, nothing will distract you from this beautiful dial – that’s also plus. There are no numbers on the watchface, only rectangular marks finished in silver. Everything is rounded up to completely calm yet impressive look.

Of course, inside watch has automatic movement. This is 9S86 type with GMT function. We all know what this feature can do, so there is no surprise in one extra hand on the dial. Moreover, power reserve for this movement version equals to 55 hours.

Well, those two magical words are not just another marketing catch here. Grand Seiko Hi-Beat 36000 Limited Edition will be limited indeed – to only 700 pieces. In other words, if you would like to have one in your collection – it is better to hurry in order to get yourself nice green dial. There is no word about where serial number is written, but let’s be honest – do you buy such watch because of some number on the case? Oh, ok, if you do – then number can be found on the caseback, which also features transparent insert. I am looking forward to trying this beautiful version in person, and there is no doubt that it will be sold out fast.
